Notre Dame du Lac Parish

Notre-Dame-du-Lac ~ Our Lady of the Lake ~ Holy Rosary Volunteers of our Local French Genealogy Centre, Réseau Patrimoine Franco-Ontarien (RPFO) Pionnière du Sud-Ouest....formerly Société Franco-Ontarienne d’Histoire et de Généalogie are currently working on the RÉPERTOIRE of Baptisms, Marriages and Burials for Notre-Dame-du-Lac Parish. The book will include: ~ Transcriptions of records of Baptisms, Marriages and Burials from 1885-1910. ~ Information from several hundred obituaries and marriage announcements found in the Windsor Star. ~ Transcriptions of government marriage registrations from 1910-1928. ~ Information submitted by family members. ~ Family information researched by members of the Centre de Généalogie, Pionnière du Sud-Ouest. There will also be a section on the early history of the parish as written by Fr. Lucien Beaudoin as well as newspaper articles found in the Windsor Star.
